The Group Coaching programme is a 10-week journey held on Zoom, designed to help you understand why your life looks the way it does, and give you the tools, the language, and the permission to change it.
This isn't a lecture series. It's a guided, open conversation, a space to think out loud, ask the questions you've been carrying, and discover that you're far from alone in how you've been feeling.

What you actually want, and why it's so hard to say it out loud
How your thinking determines what your life looks like
The people-pleaser pattern, and the cost of always putting yourself last
Fear, avoidance, and the stories we tell ourselves to stay safe
Values, what yours are, and whether your life reflects them
Boundaries, what they really are and how to hold them without guilt
Self-advocacy versus self-abandonment
Above-the-line thinking, taking ownership of your choices and your direction
What it would mean, actually, to enjoy your life, not just endure it
