It isn't. Those patterns aren't personality traits. Their beliefs were picked up in childhood, when you were too young to question them. And beliefs, unlike personality, can change.

How we get there together

I'm Martin Lang, a life coach based in Melbourne. I work with women who know something needs to shift, but haven't been able to shift it alone.

My work is built on one core belief: how you feel about yourself will determine everything else. When we address that, really address it, not just talk about it, things start to move.

I don't push people to change. I help them remove what's been stopping them from changing naturally. When that internal resistance lifts, the life you want stops feeling out of reach.

I also hold Women's Self-Defence and Empowerment Workshops, because real confidence isn't just an inside job. Sometimes it helps to know, in your body, that you are capable, powerful, and not as small as you've been told.
